Biography: I've been working with the caring staff at Integrated OB/GYN since 2006 and have greatly benefited by their vast knowledge of health and nutrition. This is where my health journey began and continues. I never thought that I had allergies or sensitivities to anything, but, since working here, I've discovered that my whole life has been effected by them! I've become gluten, diary, yeast and egg-free and feel like a new person! So many of us just accept our ailments as a part of life and we never know what it's like to actually feel well. So, I'm taking what I've learned from this journey and seeing others benefit from it. Optimum health CAN be achieved!
